320倒手部湿疹采用欧洲标准斑试系列,169例(52.81%)显示对一种或一种以上试剂阳性。女性对镍及钴的反应率高于男性,而男性对黑橡胶(含PPD)及对苯二胺的反应率则高于女性。职业性湿疹组对铬、镍、钴的阳性率高于非职业性湿疹组。对几种金属盐的敏感性在本组病例中显示特殊作用。皮肤斑试系列在探索手部湿疹接触性致敏因素中起重要作用。
320 Hand eczema using the European standard plaque series, 169 cases (52.81%) showed positive for one or more reagents. Women responded more to nickel and cobalt than men, while men responded more to black rubber (with PPD) and to p-phenylenediamine than women. Occupational eczema group of chromium, nickel, cobalt positive rate higher than non-occupational eczema group. The sensitivity to several metal salts showed a special effect in this group of patients. Skin plaque test series plays an important role in exploring contact sensitizing factors in hand eczema.
