各省、自治区、直辖市人民检察院,军事检察院:《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于惩治骗购外汇、逃汇和非法买卖外汇犯罪的决定》(以下简称《决定》)已由第九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第六次会议于1998年12月29日通过,并于同日公布施行。为保证《决定》的正确贯彻实施,依法严惩骗购外汇、逃汇和非法买卖外汇的犯罪活动,特通知如下:

To ensure the correct implementation of the “Decision” and to punish severely the criminal activities of foreign exchange purchases, evasion of foreign exchange and illegal trading in foreign exchange according to law, the following special notice is hereby issued:
