一、经济体制改革以来所有制结构的变化我国所有制结构的变化,主要是十一届三中全会以来经济政策主动调整的结果。所有制结构的变化主要有以下三个特点: 第一,全民所有制经济比重明显下降,集体所有制经济比重显著上升。如工业,1978～1990年全民企业产值比重由77.6％下降为54.6％,下降了23年百分点,与此同时,集体企业产值比重则由22.4％上升到35.6％,上升了13.2个百分点。第二,分地区看,所有制结构变化快的省区都是经济发展快的地区,经济比较落后的地区则变

Changes in the Ownership Structure since the Economic System Reform The changes in the ownership structure in our country are mainly the result of proactive adjustments in economic policies since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Government. The changes in the ownership structure mainly include the following three characteristics: First, the proportion of the economy owned by the whole people has dropped markedly while the proportion of the economy under the ownership of collective enterprises has risen markedly. For example, from 1978 to 1990, the proportion of output value of all state-owned enterprises dropped from 77.6% to 54.6%, a decrease of 23 percentage points.
