自制活性炭/聚四氟乙烯(C/PTFE)气体扩散电极,研究其在无隔膜体系中的电化学杀菌特性,考察了PTFE与粉末活性炭的质量比(WPTFE)、载铂量(WPt)、造孔剂含量(WNH4HCO3)、pH、氧气流量(QO2)、含盐量以及电流密度对杀菌效率的影响。结果表明:当WPTFE=50%、WPt=0.3%、WNH4HCO3=70%、QO2=0.5L/min、pH=3~10、电流密度=6.6mA/cm2时,电解30min后杀菌效率可达到或超过85%。
Self-made activated carbon / polytetrafluoroethylene (C / PTFE) gas diffusion electrode was used to investigate its electrochemical sterilization characteristics in a non-membrane system. The effects of the mass ratio of PTFE to powdered activated carbon (WPTFE), platinum loading Effect of WNH4HCO3, pH, QO2, salt content and current density on bactericidal efficiency. The results showed that the bactericidal efficiency could reach or exceed 30 min after WPTFE = 50%, WPt = 0.3%, WNH4HCO3 = 70%, QO2 = 0.5L / min, pH = 3 ~ 10 and current density = 6.6mA / 85%.
