Staff training is an important means of human resource development in an enterprise. Doing a good job training new recruits is an indispensable part of human resource development in an enterprise. At present, the training of new staff in our country is mostly based on traditional lectures or study tours, lacking specific methods and innovative thinking according to local conditions or due to individual needs. Such training methods can sometimes lead to the trainees’ formality or stereotyped training, which can not achieve the real purpose of helping new employees transform as soon as possible so as to make contributions and rewards for enterprise development. Therefore, the new recruiting staff training method needs reform urgently. This article on the new staff training teaching methods and methods, combined with practical experience and some advanced foreign practices in the new staff training
