目的 :探讨肺癌核素显像99mTc-MIBI滞留分数与P糖蛋白 (Pgp)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)和胎盘型谷胱甘肽 -S -转移酶 (GST -π)的关系。方法 :12例肺癌病人术前分别作肺部早期和延迟99mTc -MIBI断层显像 ,计算肿瘤部位99mTc -MIBI滞留分数 ,与手术后肿瘤标本测定的Pgp、PCNA、GST -π水平作相关分析。结果 :99mTc-MIBI滞留分数与Pgp明显负相关 (r =- 0 .771P <0 .0 1) ,而与PCNA、GST -π无显著意义的相关关系。结论 :99mTc -MIBI滞留分数可能较好预测Pgp的水平 ,对由Pgp介导的肺癌细胞多药耐药性评估有价值
Objective: To investigate the relationship between 99m Tc-MIBI retention fraction and P-glycoprotein (Pgp), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and placental glutathione S-transferase (GST-π) in lung cancer. Methods: Twelve lung cancer patients underwent early and delayed 99mTc-MIBI imaging before operation. The retention fraction of 99mTc-MIBI in the tumor site was calculated. The correlations were analyzed with the levels of Pgp, PCNA and GST-π in the tumor samples after operation. Results: The retention of 99mTc-MIBI was negatively correlated with Pgp (r = - 0.771 P <0.01), but not significantly correlated with PCNA and GST-π. CONCLUSION: The 99mTc -MIBI retention score may predict the level of Pgp well, which is valuable for Pgp-mediated assessment of multidrug resistance in lung cancer cells
