如今,同工,同酬不含福利的现象非常普遍,主要表现在劳务派遣工、临时工与正式员工之间,不同身份的劳动主体虽然都在同一岗位从事同样的工作,却仅仅因为身份不同、而非工作能力差别,最终导致单纯劳动价值上的差异以及福利和社会保险等制度上的差异。本文从激励管理的视角分析探讨劳务派遣关系下的同工不同酬问题及相应的解决措施。
Nowadays, there is a very common phenomenon that there is no welfare for the same work or equal work, mainly between the labor dispatcher, the temporary worker and the regular employee. Although the labor agents of different identities both perform the same job in the same job, only because of their different identities , But not the differences in working ability, which eventually led to differences in the value of pure labor and institutional differences in benefits and social insurance. From the perspective of incentive management, this article analyzes the problem of equal pay for equal work under labor dispatch and corresponding solutions.
