一、提取方法取苦参1000g,切细。用温水浸泡3~4h。共煎三次,每次煎1h,共得煎液1500ml。滤过,浓缩。加95%乙醇使含醇量达70%。冰箱内静置24h。倾取上清液,减压回收乙醇,得总提取物100ml,备用。酸枣仁1000g,同苦参提取法。复方苦参1ml相当于苦参和酸枣仁原生药各5g;酸枣仁1ml相当于原生药10g。复方苦参成人用量为2ml。本品临用前用蒸馏水稀释5倍供动物实验用。二、实验方法与结果1.对异戊巴比妥纳阈下催眠剂量的协同作用:取小鼠30只,随机分为三组,给药组按10g/kg剂量腹腔注射。结果表明,无论酸枣仁组还是复方苦参组,对异戊巴比妥
