1 城市内河道存在的问题城市内河道一般流域面积较小,河道管理不严,两岸居民侵河建房,倾倒垃圾现象严重。致使城镇河道堵塞严重,淤积快,杂草横生,难以管护。另外中小城市,城域面积不大,一般经济紧张,无力布设独立的排污管网,居民生活污水和部分工业废水未经净化,直接排入河道,造成了城内河流水质的严重污染,严重地影响了人民群众的身心健康,破坏了城市优良环
