1.对企业领导行为研究的理论思考 对企业领导行为有效性的理论研究,一直是管理研究的重点。对企业领导行为规律的把握,一方面可以通过研究管理实践中那些正确而有效的领导行为来获得,另一方面也可以通过考察那些失误和低效的领导行为来取得。然而,西方自40年代兴起发展的领导行为有效性研究,对于低效领导行为、尤其是无效和失败的领导行为的研究显得薄弱,这从西方关于有效领导的品质理论、行为理论和情景理论中可见端倪。
1. Theoretical Considerations on the Study of Corporate Leadership Behavior The theoretical research on the effectiveness of corporate leadership behavior has always been the focus of management research. The grasp of the law of corporate leadership behavior can be obtained by studying the correct and effective leadership behaviors in management practices. On the other hand, it can be achieved by examining those mistakes and inefficient leadership behaviors. However, the study of the effectiveness of leadership behaviors developed in the West since the 40s has made the research on ineffective leadership behaviors, especially invalid and failed leadership behaviors, weak.
