摆式剪板机上刀架刀座面是一个螺旋面,其断面是直线(图1)。由于此螺旋面是一个大型曲面,长度一般在2m以上,宽度一般为60~160mm间。它的加工精度直接影响剪板机的剪切精度。因此它的加工是各制造厂家的关键工艺之一。一般采用如下二种方法加工:一种是把此面加工成平面,然后用分段小螺旋面板紧固在刀座平面上,拼成一个大螺旋面;另一种是用螺旋面靠模刨削。前者显然是一种比较落后的加工工艺,精度也难以保证。后者螺旋面靠模的加工是一个很困难的事,并且要达到较高的精度更不容易。
Swing shears on the knife holder seat surface is a spiral surface, the cross section is a straight line (Figure 1). Because this spiral surface is a large surface, the length is generally more than 2m, the width is generally between 60 ~ 160mm. Its processing accuracy directly affects the shearing precision of the shearing machine. Therefore, its processing is one of the key processes of various manufacturers. The general use of the following two methods of processing: one is the plane processed into a plane, and then use a small section of small spiral panel fastened to the seat plane, spell into a large helical surface; the other is the use of helical plane by planing cut. The former is obviously a relatively backward processing technology, accuracy is difficult to guarantee. The latter helical surface machining is a very difficult task, and to achieve higher accuracy is not easy.
