目的:为我国药物经济学评价方法的选择提供依据和参考。方法:追溯药物经济学评价方法之源,分析人们对药物经济学评价方法的现有认识及发展态势,比较药物经济学不同评价方法的利弊。结果与结论:无论从选择经济评价指标的应然追求来看,还是从药物经济学评价目的、学科特点对评价方法的客观要求来看,药物经济学评价方法和指标的选择应该首选经济评价领域的“共性”方法,即最小成本分析法及成本-效益分析法。在上述方法不适用的情况下,考虑使用突出体现药物经济学特点的“个性”指标效果或效用来转换计量收益。 Objective: To provide the basis and references for the choice of evaluation methods of pharmacoeconomics in our country. Methods: To trace the origin of pharmacoeconomic evaluation methods, to analyze the current understanding and development trend of pharmacoeconomic evaluation methods and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods in pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Whether it is from the point of view of choosing economic evaluation index, or from the objective of pharmacoeconomic evaluation and subject characteristics to evaluation method, the evaluation method and index of pharmacoeconomics should be the first choice of economic evaluation “Commonality ” method, that is, the minimum cost analysis and cost-benefit analysis. In cases where the above approach does not apply, consider using the “personality” indicator effect or utility that highlights the characteristics of pharmacoeconomics to convert measured returns.
