双侧丘脑梗塞综合征,国外1983年后有报道每篇例数少。国内近年也仅以个例报道。报告2例经脑CT证实的双侧丘脑梗塞。并对主要症状做简要解剖,生理机制复习和分析,以提高对本综合征的认识。
Bilateral thalamus infarction syndrome, foreign countries after 1983 reported fewer cases per case. In recent years, only one case reported in China. Two cases of bilateral thalamic infarction confirmed by brain CT were reported. And the main symptoms of brief anatomy, review and analysis of physiological mechanisms to improve the understanding of the syndrome.
