目的:测定鸡骨草中的5种重金属元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时测定铅、镉、汞、砷、铜。结果:方法检出限0.0027-0.0782μg/L,样品中的各元素加标回收率在92.0%-104.6%之间,相对标准偏差在0.51%-2.33%之间。不同产地的鸡骨草中重金属元素的含量基本符合:铜>铅>砷>镉>汞。结论:该方法检出限低,精密度高,操作简单,分析速度快,测定范围宽,是对鸡骨草药材实施质量控制的理想方法。
Objective: To determine the content of five kinds of heavy metal elements in Abrus cantoniensis. Methods: Samples were digested by microwave digestion method, and simultaneous determination of lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and copper by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results: The detection limit of this method was 0.0027-0.0782μg / L. The spiked recoveries of various elements in samples ranged from 92.0% to 104.6% with relative standard deviations between 0.51% and 2.33%. The content of heavy metal elements in Achyranthes bidentata from different areas basically conforms to the following: copper> lead> arsenic> cadmium> mercury. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of low detection limit, high precision, simple operation, fast analysis and wide range of determination. It is an ideal method for quality control of Abrus cantoniensis.
