本文对16 Mn,09MnTiCuRe Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型钢,采用恒位移的WOL试件,对其母材、焊缝、热影响区,以及焊接接头横向扩展和纵向扩展的应力腐蚀裂纹扩展速率作了测试。对宏观和微观断口形貌作了观察分析。作了两种熔合线部位的热模拟试件,证明其抗H_2S应力腐蚀性能最差。发现纵向扩展前沿呈“凹”形,而横向扩展da/dt—K_1曲线呈马鞍形,从而对焊接接头应力腐蚀裂纹扩展特性提供了新颖的资料。
In this paper, WOL specimens of 16 Mn, 09MnTiCuRe type Ⅰ and Ⅱ were tested by constant displacement WOL specimens. The growth rates of the base metal, weld, heat affected zone and the transverse and longitudinal expansion of the welded joints were tested. The macroscopic and microscopic fracture appearances were observed and analyzed. Two kinds of fusible bond lines were made by thermal simulation, which showed that the stress corrosion resistance of H 2 S was the worst. It is found that the longitudinal expansion front has a concave shape, while the transverse growth da / dt-K_1 curve has a saddle shape, which provides novel information on the stress corrosion crack propagation properties of welded joints.
