在核心员工的具体选拔中,往往定性评价多,量化的考核少,可能导致不能客观、公正、全面的评价被选拔者,因此作者提出将复合DEA方法应用到企业核心员工的选拔之中。人力资源主管可以根据每个人评价的相对有效性来衡量每个人的表现,从而知道其是否适合该岗位,同时也能了解到每个应聘者在整体人群中的位置。可以为企业管理者选拔核心员工提供更公正、客观的理论依据。
In the specific selection of core staff, qualitative evaluation is often more, less quantitative assessment, may lead to not be objective, fair and comprehensive evaluation was selected, so the author proposed the composite DEA method applied to the selection of the core staff of the enterprise. HR executives can measure each person’s performance against the relative validity of each person’s assessment to see if they are fit for the job and at the same time understand the position of each candidate in the overall population. It can provide more fair and objective theoretical basis for selecting key employees for enterprise managers.
