分析上海地区图书馆人力资源现状,指出存在的六大问题,结合未来5年发展规划,提出两项2003-2007年间的人才发展计划——优化人才结构和“500人才培养计划”,并相应提出了建立人才培养基地等7项具体措施。
This paper analyzes the present situation of human resources in Shanghai area libraries and points out the six major problems. According to the development plan for the next five years, it proposes two talent development plans for 2003-2007: optimized talent structure and “500 talent cultivation plan” The establishment of personnel training bases and other seven specific measures.
