自一九七九年颁布实施全国统一高校普体课教学大纲以来,我院基本上是根据大纲的统一要求,结合我院实际情况略有变动的原则制定教学内容和安排教学计划的。通过几年来的教学实践,提出如下看法和建议与同志们共同讨论。教学大纲明确规定高等学校普体课的基本任务是:根据青少年的生理、心理特点,进一步促进身体的正常发育和机能的发展;全面发展身体素质,提高身体基本活动能力; Since the promulgation and implementation of the Syllabus for General Education at the National Unification College in 1979, our college has basically formulated teaching contents and arranged teaching plans according to the unified requirements of the Syllabus and in light of the slight changes in the actual conditions of our college.
