本文较详细地介绍了复合管的结构、金属骨架和非金属玻璃纤维丝增强骨架等生产工艺、质量控制及其优点 ,同时还介绍了这些复合管的施工技术 ,其中包括复合管的包装、搬运、挖沟、管道和管件的连接、管道与管件止推锚固法、回填 (包括夯实 )、试压等施工标准以及验收规范。针对国内钢管腐蚀严重的状况 ,指出以复合管代替钢管的重要性。这种复合管道主要适用于油气的输送 ,管道不用内外防腐 ,保证 30年设计寿命 ,一次投资 ,长期使用 ,能给企业带来巨大的经济效益
This paper introduces in more detail the production process, quality control and advantages of the composite pipe structure, the metal skeleton and the non-metallic glass fiber reinforced skeleton, as well as the construction techniques of these composite pipes, including the packaging and handling of the composite pipe , Trenching, connection of pipes and fittings, thrust and anchorage of pipes and fittings, backfill (including tamping), pressure test and other construction standards and acceptance specifications.
