中国金属学会第二届岩石力学学术会议于1982年8月31日至9月5日在西安市召开。参加本次会议的有冶金部、中国科学院、煤炭部、水电部、铁道部、石油部、化工部、地质部、核工业部、国家地震局、解放军和高教部等有关的108个单位172名代表。 The Second Session of China Society of Metals Society of Rock Mechanics Conference was held in Xi’an from August 31 to September 5, 172 participants from 108 units related to the Ministry of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Coal Industry, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Chemical Industry, Department of Geology, Ministry of Nuclear Industry, State Seismological Bureau, PLA and Higher Education Ministry attended the conference representative.
