2000年11月,劳动和社会保障部发布《工资集体协商试行办法》,加大了推动工资集体协商的力度;2011年初,中华全国总工会出台《2011—2013年深入推进工资集体协商工作规划》,计划已建工会组织的企业80%以上建立工资集体协商制度,基本实现已建工会企业普遍开展工资集体协商,实现世界500强在华企业全部建立工资集体协商制度。近年来,我国一些地方相继制定了工资集体协商制度,有的还出台了地方性法规对这项工作进行规范。
In November 2000, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security promulgated the “Trial Measures on Collective Wages Consultation”, intensifying efforts to promote wage collective bargaining. In early 2011, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions promulgated the Work Plan for Further Promotion of Collective Wages Consultation 2011-2013, More than 80% of the enterprises that have organized the construction of trade unions have planned to set up collective bargaining system for wage and wage, basically realizing wage collective bargaining among the enterprises that have already been established and realizing the wage collective bargaining system for all the Fortune 500 enterprises in China. In recent years, some places in our country have successively set up wage collective bargaining systems, and some have also promulgated local laws and regulations to regulate this work.
