目的研究露兜簕(Pandanus tectorius Soland.)茎皮的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱分离化合物,通过理化数据测定和波谱技术分析确定所得化合物的结构。结果从露兜簕茎皮乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:1’-O-benzyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1″→6’)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(2),异牡荆素(3),牡荆素(4),3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(5),3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸乙酯(6),3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(7),(+)-lyoniresinol 3a-O-β-glucopyranoside(8),(-)-lyoniresinol 3a-O-β-glucopyranoside(9)和苄醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the bark of Pandanus tectorius Soland. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by physicochemical data analysis and spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Dendrocalamus obscurus and identified as 1’-O-benzyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 "→ 6 ’ , dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (2), isovitexin (3), vitexin (4), methyl 3,5-dicaffecaquinate (5), ethyl 3,5-dicaffecaquinate O-β-glucopyranoside (8), (-) - lyoniresinol 3a-O-β-glucopyranoside ) And benzyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranoside (10) .Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
