目的分析妊娠足月前妇女阴道微生态失衡状况。方法选择孕12~37周健康无症状单胎妊娠期妇女1 900例,取其阴道分泌物,选用阴道pH、阴道清洁度、过氧化氢浓度(H2O2)、白细胞酯酶(LE)和唾液酸苷酶(SnaSe)等指标对阴道微生态失衡进行评价。结果妊娠足月前妇女阴道pH为3.80±0.23,阴道微生态失衡发生率为50%,阴道分泌物检查清洁度III~IV不正常者980例,乳酸菌均阴性,H2O2阳性为53%,H2O2+LE均阳性为14%,H2O2+LE+SnaSe均阳性+显微镜检出线索细胞妇女为10%,H2O2+LE均阳性+涂片镜检出酵母样真菌孢子妇女为19%,H2O2+LE均阳性+涂片镜检出滴虫妇女为2%。结论妊娠足月前妇女阴道微生态失衡发生率50%。
Objective To analyze the vaginal microecological imbalance of women before pregnancy. Methods One hundred and ninety-nine healthy asymptomatic pregnant women with gestational age from 12 to 37 weeks were enrolled in this study. Their vaginal discharge, vaginal pH, vaginal cleanliness, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), leukocyte esterase (LE) and sialic acid Glycosidase (SnaSe) and other indicators of vaginal microecological imbalances were evaluated. Results The vaginal pH was 3.80 ± 0.23, the incidence of vaginal microecological imbalance was 50%, and the vaginal discharge examination was performed in 980 cases with abnormal vaginal discharge from III to IV. The lactic acid bacteria were all negative, the positive rate of H2O2 was 53% and the content of H2O2 + LE positive for 14%, H2O2 + LE + SnaSe were positive + microscopy clue cells women were 10%, H2O2 + LE were positive + smear microscopy of yeast-like fungi spores 19% of women, H2O2 + LE were positive + Smear microscopy trichomoniasis women 2%. Conclusion The incidence of vaginal microecological imbalance in women before pregnancy is 50%.
