建设项目是一个广泛性、群体性的活动,对人员的管理显得尤其重要。人力资源作为建设项目中的重要资源,对建设项目的顺利完成起着决定性作用,人力资源管理的核心职能之一就是绩效评价,建立绩效评价的指标体系,以建设项目的人力资源业绩、能力和态度为评价依据,不仅能对全体项目的工作人员起到约束、激励、监控的作用,还对人力资源的项目管理水平有着重要的意义和深远的影响。基于此,从建设项目人力资源管理的角度出发,进一步探讨建设项目中人力资源管理绩效评价的作用,提出建设项目人力资源管理绩效评价的方法。
Construction projects are a wide range of group activities, and personnel management is of particular importance. Human resources, as an important resource in construction projects, plays a decisive role in the successful completion of construction projects. One of the core functions of human resources management is performance evaluation, and an index system of performance evaluation is established. Taking human resources performance, capacity and Attitude as the basis for evaluation, not only for the entire project staff to play the role of constraints, incentives, monitoring, but also on the level of human resources project management has an important and far-reaching impact. Based on this, from the perspective of human resources management of construction projects, the role of human resources management performance evaluation in construction projects is further discussed, and the method to evaluate the performance of human resources management in construction projects is proposed.
