《旅游法》于2013年10月1日实施,法律中相关条文明确规定了旅游者权益保护,在《旅游法》实施后,以旅游者的角度来看旅游法实施的效果如何,这是一个值得研究的问题。本文以问卷调查形式从对旅游法认识、旅游体验、旅游乱象改善、对旅游涨价的接受程度以及对旅游出行计划影响等几个方面开展调查了解《旅游法》实施效果。调查结果表明:旅游者对《旅游法》认识不够全面,认为《旅游法》执行难度大,《旅游法》实施后旅游者旅游体验感知体现在绝大多数旅游者与旅行社签订旅游合同,旅游途中更改旅游行程现象仍然存在,旅行途中强行购物现象较少,景区超载接待现象仍然存在旅游者感知比例较高,景点随意涨价现象得到缓解,旅游者旅游不文明行为受到一些约束,《旅游法》实施后旅游乱象得到部分改善,其中旅行社强迫购物改善最好,旅游者消费走向理性,大多数旅游者能够接受旅游报价上涨,《旅游法》实施对旅游者旅游出行计划影响不明显。
