在经济高速发展和信息大爆炸的今天,人们的生活方式和思维模式发生着极大的改变,现代社会正在超越物质生活的层面,转向对心理需求和精神文化需求的关注。餐饮空间设计也表现出此方面的特点。本文通过对南京小厨娘餐厅调研,从餐厅设计的空间形态、色彩关系、材料肌理、光影要素及陈设等设计元素诸方面入手,分析餐饮空间地域文化性设计的表现内容和设计方法。
With the rapid economic development and the big bang, people's life style and thinking mode have undergone tremendous changes. Modern society is beyond the level of material life and turns to the concern about psychological needs and spiritual and cultural needs. Dining space design also shows the characteristics of this area. Based on the investigation of Nanjing Little Cavalier restaurant, this paper analyzes the design content and design method of regional design of Catering Space from aspects of spatial design, color relation, material texture, light and shade elements and furnishings of Nanjing Restaurant.
