怀洪新河工程是国家“八五”期间的重点工程,建筑物工程质量要求高,合同工程质量目标均为优良。承担多项建筑物施工任务的安徽省水利建筑安装总公司抽调精兵强将,从工程建设的全过程控制工程质量,在历次验收中,获得较好的评价。 一、把质量管理做在施工准备阶段 1、人员培训 在影响工程质量因素中,人是最关键的因素,因此在每个工程开工前,总公司都对所有参加施工的技术人员进行培训教育。大家认识到施工企业必须以质量求生存,以管理求效益,以信誉求发展,领导干部必须走在质量管理的最前列,每个施工人员都必须树立质量意识。
