吡啶铬酐盐酸盐(PCC)用于16,17α-环氧-孕甾-5-烯-3-醇和胆甾醇的氧化。结果表明,反应中不仅产生5-烯-3-酮类化合物,而且生成了具有4-烯-3,6-双酮结构的化合物。采用几种降低氧化剂氧化能力的方法,均不能避免4-烯-3,6-双酮的生成。在较大摩尔比的PCC作用下,可以得到收率83%的4-烯-3,6-双酮类化合物。
Picolinic acid anhydride (PCC) is used for the oxidation of 16,17α-epoxy-pregna-5-en-3-ol and cholesterol. The results show that not only the 5-en-3-ones but also the compounds having the 4-ene-3,6-dione structure are produced. The use of several methods to reduce oxidant oxidation does not prevent the formation of 4-ene-3,6-dione. In the larger molar ratio of PCC, 83% yield of 4-ene-3,6-diketon compounds can be obtained.
