目的分析ICU高血压脑出血患者的营养状况,并针对患者情况采取相应防治措施。方法选取中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院ICU 2015-01/2016-08收治的高血压脑出血患者73例作为研究对象,对其营养状况进行调查,并采取干预措施,比较干预前后患者的营养指标。结果干预前患者营养不良比例98.63%,经过干预后,患者营养不良比例下降至2.74%;干预后患者的臂肌围、血清白蛋白、血糖、肱三头肌皮摺厚度、淋巴细胞总数分别为(21.76±1.54)cm、(41.05±0.65)g/L、(10.55±0.55)mmol/L、(12.89±0.24)mm、(1.05±0.11)109/L,各项指标均优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据ICU高血压脑出血患者营养状况给予相应的干预措施,能够改善患者身体营养情况,有助于病情恢复。
Objective To analyze the nutritional status of patients with ICU hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and to take appropriate prevention and treatment measures according to the patient’s condition. Methods Totally 73 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from ICU from January 2015 to August 2016 in CNOOC Center Hospital were enrolled in this study. Their nutritional status was investigated and interventions were conducted to compare the nutritional status of patients before and after intervention. Results The percentage of malnutrition before intervention was 98.63%. After intervention, the malnutrition rate decreased to 2.74%. After intervention, the arm muscle circumference, serum albumin, blood glucose, triceps skin fold thickness and total lymphocyte count were (21.76 ± 1.54) cm, (41.05 ± 0.65) g / L, (10.55 ± 0.55) mmol / L, (12.89 ± 0.24) mm and (1.05 ± 0.11) 109 / L respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion According to the nutritional status of patients with ICU hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, appropriate interventions can improve the nutritional status of patients and help to recover the disease.
