从五倍子、鱼藤粉、苦楝素3种药物中筛选可以有效抑制水霉菌丝生长的药物。采用12孔细胞培养板,3 m L培养体系药物浓度梯度液体培养法培养水霉,判断各种药物对水霉菌丝是否有抑制作用。结果发现:五倍子的抑菌效果最好,其最小抑菌浓度为250 mg/L;而鱼藤粉、苦楝素单独用药对水霉菌无效,但其分别与五倍子按2:1比例联合用药时,有一定的抑菌效果。结论得出:五倍子无论是单独用药还是联合用药,都有较好的抗水霉菌效果,五倍子在未来的抗水霉药物研发中有较大的应用潜力,可用于水霉病的防控及治疗。
From gallnut, rattan powder, toosendan three kinds of drugs can effectively inhibit the growth of water fungus mycelium drugs. A 12-well cell culture plate and a 3-mL culture system were used to culture water-soluble molds by the drug concentration gradient liquid culture method to determine whether various drugs have inhibitory effects on the water-fungus mycelia.
