本丈研究了Cr~+Er~+重叠注入对50Mnl8Cr4电机护环钢抗SCC性能的影响.高SCC比实验结果表明:Cr~+Er~+重叠注入有效地改善了50Mn18Cr4钢的抗SCC性能.SCC出现时间平均延迟了17.7%以上.用XPS、SIMS对注入和未注入试样的表面的化学成分及化学状态进行了剖面分析,用EDAX分析了元素在晶粒和晶界上的相对含量,对Cr~++Er~+重叠注入增强护环钢抗SCC性能的机制进行了讨论.
The effect of Cr ~ + Er ~ + overlay on the SCC performance of 50Mnl8Cr4 motor retaining ring steel was studied in this paper.The experimental results of high SCC ratio show that the Cr + Er ~ + overlying injection effectively improves the SCC resistance of 50Mn18Cr4 steel. SCC appears an average delay of more than 17.7% .The chemical composition and chemical state of the surface of the injected and uninjected samples were analyzed by XPS and SIMS, the relative content of the elements in the grain and grain boundaries were analyzed by EDAX, The mechanism of enhancing the SCC resistance of the retaining ring steel by Cr ~ ++ Er ~ + overlap injection was discussed.
