中小制造企业作为地方经济的重要推动力量和组成部分,已经成为区域经济增长和技术创新的主力军。随着生产方式的不断改进,制造企业的物流管理水平也要求不断提升。基于此,在梳理国内外学者对企业物流管理策略相关研究的基础上,本文以浙江省中小制造企业为研究切入点,结合物流管理理论和供应链管理理论,重新审视中小制造企业的物流管理问题,针对浙江中小制造企业TK公司的物流管理状况进行实践案例分析,进一步阐述其物流管理的创新思路和创新策略,以资借鉴。对于丰富物流管理和供应链管理等理论的内涵和思想具有重要学术意义和参考价值。
As an important driving force and part of the local economy, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have become the main force of regional economic growth and technological innovation. With the continuous improvement of the mode of production, manufacturing enterprises also require continuous improvement in the level of logistics management. Based on this, on the basis of combing domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the logistics management strategy of enterprises, this paper takes small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province as research breakthrough point, combined with the theory of logistics management and supply chain management, reexamined the logistics management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises , For small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang TK logistics management practice case analysis, to further elaborate its innovative ideas and innovative logistics management strategies to capital for reference. It has important academic meaning and reference value for enriching the connotation and thought of logistics management and supply chain management theory.
