今年是山西省林业建设史上重点生态工程项目多、任务重、投资最多的一年。黄河流域天然林已纳入国家“天保”范围，今年已正式启动实施；退耕还林 (草 )工程在去年 16县试点的基础上，将继续推进实施；“三北”防护林四期工程和太行山绿化二期、平原绿化二期工程今年将正式启动
This year is one of the major ecological projects in Shanxi province in the history of forestry construction with heavy tasks and the most investment. The natural forest in the Yellow River Basin has been included in the scope of the state natural forest protection and this year has officially started its implementation. The project of returning farmland to forests (grass) will continue to be implemented on the basis of the pilot projects in 16 counties last year. The “Three Norths” shelterbelt project and the greening of the Taihang Mountains Phase II, plains green two projects will be officially launched this year
