本文通过分析和计算,阐明速度场分布、取样孔口流量均匀性、管壁传热、漏风、压力变化以及取样后气流处理方式等因素对测温精度的影响。文章表明,取样法测温较直接测温法增加了许多产生额外误差的新因素,若不给于充分重视,必然使测定结果出现不符实际情况的错误。文章建议,应尽快着手制定有关取样法测温的标准,以便取得一个科学、统一的测试方法。本文的分析结论对于暖通设备性能测试以及进行这方面的科研和试验人员具有实用意义。
This article through analysis and calculation, to clarify the velocity field distribution, the uniformity of the sampling orifice flow, wall heat transfer, air leakage, pressure changes and sample gas flow treatment and other factors on the accuracy of temperature measurement. The article shows that the sampling method has a lot of new factors that produce additional errors than the direct temperature measurement method. If you do not pay enough attention to it, it will inevitably make the measurement result appear to be inconsistent with the actual situation. The article suggests that the standards for temperature measurement of sampling methods should be established as soon as possible in order to obtain a scientific and uniform testing method. The analysis results of this paper have practical significance for the performance testing of HVAC equipment as well as the research and testing personnel in this area.
