SARS期间,电子商务成为政府和老百姓都关心的话题。为了调查北京市电子商务的发展状况,了解SARS对电子商务的影响,市信息办近期就北京市B to C电子商务企业发展现状以及SARS对B to C电子商务的影响问题进行了调研。调研结果显示:北京市电子商务企业的经营模式逐渐成熟,网上产品丰富多彩。B to C电子商务企业营业额逐年稳步增长,发展已形成规模。SARS期间 B to C电子商务总体发展没有较大波动。但部分虚拟产品特别是教育和游戏产品销售增长幅度较大。SARS引起了人们对电子商务的关注,对其今后的整体发展影响很大。
During the SARS era, e-commerce has become a topic of concern to both the government and ordinary people. In order to investigate the development of e-commerce in Beijing and understand the impact of SARS on e-commerce, the City Information Office recently conducted a survey on the status quo of the development of e-commerce in Beijing’s B to C and the impact of SARS on B to C e-commerce. Survey results show that: Beijing e-commerce business model has gradually matured, rich and colorful online products. B to C e-commerce business revenue increased steadily year by year, the development has formed a scale. During the SARS B to C overall development of e-commerce there is no major fluctuations. However, sales of some virtual products, especially education and gaming products, have shown a large increase. SARS has aroused people’s concern about e-commerce and has a great impact on its overall development in the future.
