厌氧棒杆菌(下简称棒菌)的抗癌效应近年来引起广泛注意。不少学者的动物实验证明,厌氧棒杆菌单独使用或与化疗、放疗并用都有独特的抗癌效应,有人已开始试用于临床抗癌治疗,得到较好效果。其抗癌机理尚不十分清楚。有报导说,小棒菌的灭活菌苗具有激活网状内皮系统,增强吞噬活性,提高抗感染、抗肿瘤、刺激B细胞增生、促进抗体形成等功能。为了观察小棒菌(CP)的抗癌活性及其抗癌机理,我们于1978—1979年曾进行厌氧棒菌菌苗对小鼠移植黑色素瘤和S—180肤水癌的抗癌效应及脾激活试验研
The anti-cancer effect of anaerobic coryneform bacteria (hereinafter referred to as coryneform bacteria) has drawn extensive attention in recent years. Many scholars’ animal experiments have proved that anaerobic bacillus alone or combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy has a unique anti-cancer effect, and some people have begun trials for clinical anti-cancer treatment and have achieved better results.
