目的通过分析末梢血钙、锌、铁、镁、铜水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的相关性,进而评价各元素水平在RRTI儿童中的意义。方法以2015年11月-2016年3月在承德市中心医院儿科门诊就诊或体检准备行末梢血元素检测的6个月~4岁儿童为研究对象,随机抽取患有RRTI儿童132例为研究组,并将同期门诊体检的健康儿童设为对照组,其中每组按年龄分三个年龄段,1岁以下、1~2岁和2岁以上。采用北京博晖BH5100S型原子吸光光谱仪测定元素水平。测定数据采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件分析。结果 1)研究组与对照组各年龄段血锌水平、1岁以下血钙水平、2岁以上血钙和血铁水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);各年龄段血镁、血铜水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。2)五种元素的相关性分析,钙、锌、铁三者之间呈正相关。结论 RRTI儿童与锌元素缺乏密切相关,与钙、铁元素缺乏也存在一定的关系,三者之间在代谢过程中可能存在协同作用。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the levels of peripheral blood calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium and copper in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) and to evaluate the significance of each element in RRTI children. Methods From November 2015 to March 2016 in Chengde Central Hospital Pediatric outpatient clinic or physical examination preparation of peripheral blood element detection of 6 months to 4 years old children as the research object, randomly selected 132 children with RRTI as the study group , And healthy children in outpatient checkups were set as control group. Each group was divided into three age groups by age, under 1 year old, 1 ~ 2 years old and over 2 years old. Beijing Bo Hui BH5100S atomic absorption spectrophotometer elemental levels. The measurement data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Results 1) There was significant difference in blood zinc level, serum calcium level below 1 year, serum calcium level and blood iron level above 2 years in study group and control group (P <0.05 or <0.01) Blood magnesium, blood copper levels, the difference was not statistically significant (P all> 0.05). 2) Correlation analysis of five elements, calcium, zinc, iron between the three was positively correlated. Conclusions Children with RRTI are closely related to the deficiency of zinc and have a certain relationship with calcium and iron deficiency. There may be synergistic effects among the three in the process of metabolism.
