眼后段手术常采用的球后阻滞麻醉并发症较多 ,如球后出血 ,视神经损伤 ,刺穿眼球等 [1 ]。我们在眼后段手术中采用Tenon囊下麻醉 ,取得较满意的效果 ,现介绍如下。1　对象和方法对象 :本组患者共 2 0 8例 ,2 11只眼。男 14 1例 ,14 4只眼 ,女 6 7例 ,6 7只眼 ,年龄 14～ 77岁 , Posterior segment surgery commonly used ball block anesthesia complications, such as bleeding after the ball, optic nerve injury, piercing the eyeball [1].
