吉林工业大学与常州拖拉机厂承担的“小型拖拉机轴类件连续局部成形研究”,最近在长春通过部级鉴定。过去,生产小型拖拉机轴类件完全依靠切削加工来完成,因而材料利用率很低,又费工时。一九八三年八月,吉林工业大学辊锻研究所和常州拖拉机厂开始了这项机械工业部下达的科研项目的研究。他们采用了本世纪六十年代初开始发展起来的楔横轧新工艺,进行连续局部塑性成形小型拖拉机轴类件的试验,获得了成功。试验结果表明,采用楔横轧工艺生产小型拖拉机轴类件,使材料利用率上升百分之二十三,提高生产率二十九倍。如果按生产五
