中职学校课堂纪律是一个让大部分教师很头疼的问题:中职学生常常上课说话、睡觉,注意力不集中,看课外书籍、玩手机、听音乐,更有甚者还会打毛衣、玩扑克。这些现象严重影响了课堂纪律和教学效果。作为一名负责的教师,肯定不会对这样的乱象放任不管,可是很多老师都有这样的共鸣:下了很大的力气,却收效甚微。甚至我们还看到了这样触目惊心的事例:2016年3月,陕西省两名中学生因上课讲话被老师批评,双方发生口角后,2名男生疯狂暴打教师,居民看到教师被连番殴打,企图阻止
