以某钢厂的大方坯连铸机为研究对象,采用商业软件Pro CAST建立凝固模型,并通过射钉实验和红外线测温对模型进行验证,确保模型的准确性。将模型推广到轴承钢、弹簧钢和低合金钢,发现都能很好的与实际匹配,说明建立的大方坯凝固模型能够模拟该连铸机生产的所有钢种。经计算,轴承钢的液芯为21.31 m;弹簧钢的液芯为20.50 m;低合金钢的液芯为19.94 m。
Taking the bloom caster of a steel mill as the research object, commercial software Pro CAST was used to establish the solidification model, and the model was verified by nailing experiment and infrared temperature measurement to ensure the accuracy of the model. Extending the model to bearing steels, spring steels, and low-alloy steels found that all matched well with the real world, indicating that the established bloom solidification model was able to simulate all the steels produced by the caster. The calculated liquid core of bearing steel is 21.31 m, the liquid core of spring steel is 20.50 m, and the liquid core of low alloy steel is 19.94 m.
