幼儿教师的专业成长是指幼儿教师在职业生涯中,通过个人的努力和集体的培养,其教学技能和教育素养逐渐成熟的过程。这是我国幼儿教育改革的重要取向。本文在西方人性假设理论的基础上,探讨从满足幼儿教师的合理需要、创设人文管理环境、建立有效激励机制、实践以教师为本的管理策略等方面促进幼儿教师的专业成长,以期为幼儿教师专业化的建设与发展提供参考。
