为了改进当前脉博恢复技术存在的不足,设计了一种新型微流泵,并且在此基础上构建了完整的脉搏恢复系统。首先,利用有机玻璃作为基底、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为泵膜,设计并制作了不同尺寸的微流泵。随后,为微流泵配备了外围电路,使其在电磁装置的驱动下正常工作,实现完整的脉搏恢复功能。最后,通过HK2010脉搏传感器采集脉搏数据、观察恢复出的波形,验证了微流泵技术应用于中医脉诊研究领域的可行性。
In order to improve the current pulse recovery technology deficiencies, designed a new type of microfluidic pump, and on this basis to build a complete pulse recovery system. First of all, using plexiglass as a substrate, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as a pump membrane, a microfluidic pump of different sizes was designed and fabricated. Subsequently, for the microfluidic pump is equipped with a peripheral circuit, so that the normal operation of the electromagnetic device driven to achieve a complete pulse recovery. Finally, pulse data were collected through HK2010 pulse sensor to observe the recovered waveform, which verified the feasibility of using the microfluidic pump technology in TCM pulse diagnosis research.
