本文报告7例服常规剂量冠心无忧片者,其中5例(男3例;女2例;年龄52±5yr)为冠心病或冠心病可疑患者,于服该药2片,tid,持续18-24mo先后出现头晕、乏力等症状;来院检查已持续服药23-32mo不等,现发现5例均有中至重度贫血伴肾功能衰竭,其中4例已进入尿毒症晚期。
This article reports 7 cases of conventional doses of coronary heart disease tablets, 5 cases (3 males; 2 females; age 52 ± 5yr) of coronary heart disease or coronary heart disease suspicious patients, taking the drug 2, tid, sustained 18-24mo has dizziness, fatigue and other symptoms; to check the hospital has continued to take medication 23-32mo range, found in 5 cases were moderate to severe anemia with renal failure, of which 4 cases have entered the late uremia.
