近年来,发现某些光辐射治疗剂如血卟啉衍生物可以较特异地存留在肿瘤组织中,光辐射产生的单态氧可以杀伤肿瘤细胞,用以治疗癌症。现已证明:光辐射治疗对某些肿瘤可取得明显疗效。但光敏剂副作用是进一步发展光辐射治疗的重要障碍之一,因此寻找光辐射作用强、副作用小的光敏剂是当务之急。本文介绍一种可定量评价光敏剂副作用的较客观的实验方法,并在寻找光敏副作用防治药的研究中予以应用。
In recent years, it has been found that some light radiation therapeutic agents such as hematoporphyrin derivatives can be more specifically retained in tumor tissues, and singlet oxygen produced by light radiation can kill tumor cells for the treatment of cancer. It has been demonstrated: light radiation therapy for some tumors can achieve significant effect. However, the side effect of photosensitizer is one of the most important obstacles to the further development of phototherapy. Therefore, it is imperative to find a photosensitizer with strong radiation effect and small side effect. This article presents a more objective evaluation of the photosensitizer side effects of the more objective and experimental methods, and looking for the photosensitive side effects of preventive drugs to be applied.
