本文研究了穿心莲内酯对小鼠免疫系统的影响。实验表明该药剂量在2g/kg/日以上时,能使小鼠胸腺萎缩,外周血中ANAE~+淋巴细胞百分率下降,脾中PFC数减少,血清中HA滴度降低,对小鼠迟发型超敏反应有明显的抑制作用。但该药的免疫抑制作用远比环磷酰胺和雷公藤组差(P<0.01)。
