目的建立广藿香配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱研究方法,为广藿香配方颗粒的质量评价提供依据。方法高效液相色谱法,采用Wondasil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:330nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果建立了广藿香配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了21个共有峰,10批广藿香配方颗粒的相似度达0.98以上,并指认出咖啡酸、异毛蕊花糖苷和广藿香酮3个化学成分。结论本试验所建立的广藿香配方颗粒指纹图谱方法稳定可靠、重复性好,可为广藿香配方颗粒的质量控制和评价提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprinting method for Pogostemon formulation particles and provide basis for quality evaluation of Pogostemon formulation granules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Wondasil C_ (18) column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 330 nm. Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1. Results The fingerprint of Pogostemon formulation was established and the 21 common peaks were identified. The similarity of the 10 batches of Pogostemon formulation was over 0.98, and 3 caffeic acid, isogamidine and patchoulenone were identified chemical composition. Conclusion The fingerprints of patchouli formula particles established in this experiment are stable and reliable with good repeatability and can provide references for the quality control and evaluation of patchouli formula particles.
