通过美国NSSP简介、美国NSSP贝类HACCP体系要求解析、建立符合美国NSSP要求的贝类HACCP体系,对美国NSSP与我国贝类加工HACCP体系的差异进行了研究,提出了完善我国贝类加工HACCP体系的措施。通过这些研究将为我国贝类加工HACCP体系符合NSSP要求、通过美国官方检查奠定基础,促进我国与美国签署MOU的进程,进而推进我国生的贝类出口美国。
