为了解那曲地区卫生防疫队伍与学术成果的现状 ,于 1 998年 1 1月份对该地区 1 2所专职卫生防疫机构进行了一次专业人员素质与学术论文方面的调查 ,结果 :此次共调查 1 1 3人 ,其中藏族 94人(83 1 9% ) ,汉族 1 9人 (1 6 81 % ) ;男性 71人(62 83 % ) ,女性 42人 (3 7 1 7% )平均年龄 3 6 3 2岁 ,中级以上职称 2 6人 (2 3 0 1 % ) ;大专以上学历1 1人 (9 73 % ) ;发表学术论文 47篇 ;论文发表者的学历、职称、年龄与人均发表论文篇数有显著性差异(P <0 0 5 ) ,通过本次调查 ,为今后制订卫生防疫工作规划提供参考依据。
