随着我国高等职业教育的不断发展,“双师型”师资队伍建设成为大家普遍关注的重点问题。近年来,我国高等职业教育“双师型”师资队伍建设正处于快速发展阶段,从构建体制、培养模式、评价体系等方面都初步形成了一定的规律,但在“双师型”师资队伍年龄结构、职称结构、认定标准等方面不同的高职院校仍存在一定分歧,本文针对高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设现阶段发展现状进行了探讨。
